Benedict Cole recognises that each client is individual with differing needs that may change from time to time, which is why we will work with you to determine the best level of recruitment service that meets your needs within the right timescales.

In order to offer the client flexibility, breadth and depth of service, we have identified a number of key steps in the recruitment process and have established three service packages, Standard, Premium or Premium Plus.

These packages can be offered on an ad hoc basis whereby we work with you on vacancies as and when required. Alternatively, we can offer a managed professional service whereby we work with you to forecast your resource requirements and then develop and implement a recruitment strategy.

In essence, we will always:

  • Build a relationship with the client and understand the clients business, culture and requirements to ensure that the vacancy requirements have been determined and advertised correctly.
  • Pre-screen all candidates for suitability prior to recommendation to the client using a combination of in depth telephone and face to face interviews. This will ensure candidates meet the minimum criteria set by the client before CVs are forwarded to them.
  • Review CVs and the Job Specification with the client on a weekly basis to ensure the right type of candidates are being sourced.
  • Fully brief the candidates prior to all interviews and supply them with company information and the background to the role.
  • Obtain references and proof of identity checking.
  • Commit to supply high calibre candidates and continued after placement support. Our commitment to both permanent and contract candidates can be seen by our promises to them.
  • Continue to meet on a regular basis to foster and maintain partnership.
However the Benedict Cole model recognises that some clients will need to delegate more work, such as security checks, to a competent supplier and so in our other packages we include such services as:
  • Running face to face interviews on your behalf to save time in the selection process and reducing the numbers of interviews you would need to perform
  • Candidate testing techniques, such as personality, psychometric and technical testing to provide better filtering and short listing of candidates
  • To meet the security requirements of many appointments Benedict Cole can arrange CV checking service to verify the complete career history and credit history of the candidate
  • Offer monthly Management Information Report to measure performance against the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
